VIS VIVA is the leading Home and Building “Performance” Contractor in the Metro Atlanta Area. We provide services to homeowners, contractors and commercial firms. From HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) to Spray-Foam to Standard Insulation to Water Heater Replacements to crawlspace encapsulation to duct and air-sealing. We are the ONLY company that has the equipment and the employees to do all of this work “in-house”.

Started in January, 2009 we have already completed more than 1500 performance improvement projects within 40 miles of the Metro Atlanta region. This knowledge is passed along to our customers with accurate estimates, quality workmanship and the capability to complete projects in half the time of our competitors.
We use only the best materials such as BASF Comfort Foam and we are certified by most of the leading local and national institutions such as USGBC-LEED, RESNET-HERS, ACCA, BPI, ENERGY STAR, Indoor Air Plus and EarthCraft. We are also a preferred Georgia Power EarthCents Program contractor which allows our customers access to some really great rebates.
